Beginners Level 1
Our classes are suitable for complete beginners. You will rapidly develop your skills each week as we focus on technique and rhythms. Moves are broken down and rehearsed throughout the classes. You will learn how to isolate different parts of your body and move them in beautiful patterns and routines. Your flexibility level will improve as you build core muscle strength. All students will have an opportunity to learn a beautiful choreography.
Once upon completing Level 1 for Beginners, students will be able to carry on their learning and development as they progress further into Level 2.
We currently have two level 1 classes taking place at Holborn and Baker Street.
Personally tailored feedback will be provided through the course.
